The label celebrates the 100-year history of the Congedi family that has been cultivating and transforming the main fruit of Salento for over a century: the olive.

The "Cento Grand Cru" oil is defined by industry experts as one of the highest expressions of quality extra virgin olive oil. Through the union of the three mono-varietals (Coratina, Frantoio and Leccino), Azienda Olearia Congedi best expresses the characteristics of the vintage according to the principle of QUALITY throughout the entire production cycle.
