This gnocchi is made with 80% rehydrated potatoes, wheat flour, potato starch, salt, lactic acid (an acidity regulator), sorbic acid (a preservative), and natural flavoring. It is dusted with rice flour and contains gluten and sulfites. Cooking time is just 1 minute after it surfaces in boiling water.
