Perfect and enveloping, the long fusilli with holes in it are longer than the classic fusillo, consisting of a perfect spiral and a hole that runs along the entire length. Like all the formats in the line, they are slowly dried at very low temperatures, on wooden frames. The shape of the fusilli allows the production process to be confirmed. Their bow, in fact, is due to drying on the frames.
